Returns: We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Therefore, we offer returns for eligible items. Please note the following guidelines:
- Only returns are permitted; exchanges are not available.
- Each order qualifies for a single return.
- A fixed return cost of Rs. 200 will be applicable to all return requests.
- Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
- Store credit will be provided as a refund for returned items.

Ineligible Items: The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Purchases made with a Credit note.
- Personalized goods.
- Fabrics with a length less than 2 meters.
- Already cut materials or specially customized size products.
- Items purchased during sales or promotional events.
Return Request Process:
- To initiate a return request, Please email us with below details at contact@tehho.in
- Provide the reason for the return and specify the item you wish to send back. You may also include pictures of any damages or defects.
- Return Pickup: Within India, return pickups can be arranged at an additional fee of Rs. 200.
- Please ensure that the merchandise is unworn and all tags and labels are intact.
Credit Note:
- A credit note will be issued within 24 hours of receiving your return, deducting the return fee of Rs. 200. It will be sent to you via email.
- The credit note can be used within 90 days from the date of issue.
- Only the cost of the returned goods will be credited; shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Refunds:
- No monetary refunds are available for orders that have already been placed. Store credit will be provided instead.
- If the goods are damaged, the return fee will be waived.
